What Is The Mark Up On Walk In Closets?

I would like to purchase the furnishings for a walk in closet. It is hard to believe that decorated wood can cost $5,000. I was wondering what the mark up is. (Granted, the closet does have two hutches, crown molding and is about 150inches x 120inces.)
