    hiya i am 14 and im doing karate 4-5 years but stopped 4 a long time i started back a couple of weeks age and i am ready to get my next belt (purple)but i can not sparr for my life please post more tips as i cannot go for my next belt cause i am very nervis all the last ting i want is to fail because i cant sparr

    That’s a very good and creative sparring method. But I was wondering if you could tell me how did you learn to move as fast as you did in the video and beside the Fast Punching video, do you have any other tips for developing speed?

    Excellent training tip, shoulders and elbows hurt due to absorbing kicks, but it has been very effective for inside clenches.

    Awesome training tip! Much simpler and cheaper than setting up a tennis ball on a bungee cord like a double ended striking ball, and really less predictable, since your partner can move it up and down as well as side to side and front to back to vary the range. Awesome tip!
