My partner and I have recently moved to a new State. We found a lovely house that fit the budget we had to work with, so we purchased it. We were so enthralled with it architecturally that we didn't pay too much attention to the lack of adequate closet space. We noticed this only when trying to put our clothes away in the bedroom. Being the ingenious people that we are and from good problem-solving stock, we visited a few of the local hardware stores and found information on Wire closet organizers. We took all of the information home, including the brochures with unit specifications and we set to work figuring out how best to use the available closet space. I am more handy with tools and measuring tapes, stuff like that. My partner is quite good at etching things out, so we came up with several different plans. No matter what we did, there just wasn't going to be enough space for all of our things in the bedroom. So, we decided to look at the large closet in the hallway. We took measurements of this one including the depth of it. We followed the same procedures for this closet as we did for the one in the bedroom. The plan on paper seemed workable. The true test was to come when we purchased the sections needed and installed them in the closets. There is nothing like the benefits derived from a thorough planning job. Because we knew exactly what we wanted, the checkout process was rapid and went without a hitch. Our biggest trouble was in getting all of the component parts to fit in the car for the ride home. We spent the entire afternoon and early evening setting up the Wire closet organizers. The bedroom one was a bit more complicated than it looked on paper. However, taking a step back and thinking it through resulted in the problems being solved. Sometimes, just looking at something from a different angle can shed light on it. We took this same approach to setting up the hallway closet. We knew what to avoid doing this time around, and the installation went without any glitches. I am really pleased with how well this plan to action came through. Our space needs are met and our new found skills will be used again, this time in the basement area.
